Who am I?
My name is Romain Boman. I am an assistant professor and researcher at the University of Liège (ULiège), in the Department of Aerospace and Mechanical Engineering.
My background is in engineering and numerical simulation, with a strong focus on:
- nonlinear solid mechanics,
- numerical methods for partial differential equations,
- scientific computing and software development.
In addition to research and teaching, I am also involved in the development and maintenance of scientific codes used within the department.
